Future Office Building:
This building will consist of 20,000 sf. located on the corner of Kalamazoo and Butler in downtown Lansing. The First floor will contain 10,000 sf of neighborhood retail services. The second floor will consist of 10 one and two bedroom lofts targeted for the young professionals working in the downtown area.
